We carefully handpick and package each item with care. Please allow:

  • Additional time during peak seasons or for customized items

We offer two convenient shipping options worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of ethnic wear, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blouses (intimate wear)
  • Dupattas (easily damaged during trial)
  • Sale/clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Customized or altered garments

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Your order number
    • Item details
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

    • Return instructions
    • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
    • Our return address
  3. Package Your Item

    Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send to our address using a trackable shipping method.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Inspection & Processing

    We’ll inspect the item and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit cards/PayPal)
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees for returns are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
