We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Express Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking
- Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders $50+, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. For Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed updates at each stage of delivery.
What if my package is delayed?
